Course Overview

Actually "giving feedback" gives the wrong impression as it implies that as bosses we should be working hard to tell employees if their performance is unsatisfactory. In this course we will turn that approach on its head and find a better way to improve performance by using the "wide frame".

Actually if employees believe that the boss is reliable, has good intentions, AND they see the feedback process is fair, then they are far more likely to engage in the discussion; and much less likely to become defensive. So this elearning video course is all about framing; so easy once someone explains it!
