Overview

This RoSPA-accredited, level-1, e-learning course is suitable for anyone who is required to understand how to manage risks associated with stress and mental health. The course includes optional voiceover recorded by a professional actor.

It is specifically designed to teach learners what stress is and what causes it, how to reduce the risk of harm caused by stress, how to spot the signs of stress, and how mental health relates to stress.

This course can be completed as a standalone course or as part of the full health & safety training course.

  • Stress Awareness - Understanding stress and what causes it, how to reduce the risk of harm caused by stress, how to spot the signs of stress, mental health and how it relates to stress.
