Overview

This Evacuation Awareness course is designed to provide information on evacuation procedures during fires, and for other emergencies such as terrorist attacks.

Objectives

In this course you will learn to:

  • Recognise the importance of preparing and practising for emergencies
  • Identify what a PEEP is and the role you might play in creating a PEEP or supporting a person with one
  • Outline what to do if you discover a fire or if there is a fire alarm
  • Identify what you could do if the default escape route isn’t available
  • Recognise how the responses to other emergencies might be different from evacuation for a fire

This course has a minimum of 25 learner registrations for us to provide a quotation.
