Overview

Workplace culture serves as the foundation upon which all interactions, behaviours, and business practices are built. It has a direct impact on employee motivation, engagement and job satisfaction. But workplace culture doesn't exist in a vacuum, it requires careful consideration and nurturing by leaders and managers who identify and role model values and behaviours they wish to see in their own teams.

This course explores how organisations can cultivate a culture where every employee interacts with one another with respect regardless of their position within the organisation, their age, race, gender, sexuality, religion, or any other characteristic.
