This short course will provide you with a quick revision of the condition and is suitable for any non specialist healthcare professional that deals with travellers that are potentially exposed to Hepatitis B.

It is estimated that over 350 million people worldwide are infected chronically with the Hep B virus. This online course will explain how Hep B is transmitted, the differences between acute and chronic, and what areas are considered high risk. It also covers the signs and symptoms of the condition and available treatments, including vaccines and boosters.

  • The measures travellers can take to prevent hepatitis B.
