It also explains how the STAR method can help organise answers using real-life situations, tasks, actions, and results.

Guidance is provided on what to expect during interviews, including preparing for online or in-person meetings, managing nerves, and maintaining professional communication and body language.

The course also looks at appropriate steps after an interview, including following up with a thank-you email and requesting feedback if you are unsuccessful.
