Overview

This course explores how the SRA Code of Conduct for Solicitors applies to solicitors, RELs, RFLs, and RSLs, and trainees expecting to qualify who are working in an SRA-regulated law firm. Through expert-led videos and guidance, role-specific scenarios and real-world case studies, learners will examine the expectations on them as individuals around honesty, independence, competence, confidentiality, client money, and accountability. The course clarifies how professional obligations apply to day-to-day decision-making, where risks commonly arise, and when issues must be escalated.
