Whistleblowing: Know Your Rights in Construction eLearning Course
Overview
Whistleblowing is a legal term used when you, as a construction worker, report certain types of wrongdoing on site. These could include safety violations, the use of faulty or dangerous equipment, financial mismanagement, or falsifying records. This course will give you the confidence to speak up about potential wrongdoings you notice on construction sites and explain your legal rights. While whistleblowing can be challenging, in the long term, it protects workers, improves safety, and benefits the entire project team.
