Overview

A 4-module course covering Division 70 of the Criminal Code Act 1995 (foreign-bribery offences) and Section 70.5A failure-to-prevent-bribery offence (introduced 2024). Tender pretexts, hospitality thresholds, facilitation-payment treatment, and AFP enforcement scenarios. Approximately 105 minutes total. Course delivered in English (AU edition).

Senior managers, sales leads, business development teams, procurement, in-house counsel, and finance teams at any Australian-incorporated organisation or organisation with Australian operations.
