EU Whistleblower Directive: The Anatomy of a Protected Report eLearning Course
Overview
A 5-module multi-perspective scenario course covering Directive (EU) 2019/1937. The same protected report is followed across five modules: arrival in the channel, manager response, reporter perspective, investigation, and BfJ hearing. Six deterministic endings. Approximately 125 minutes total. Course delivered in English.
Target Audience:
Compliance officers, channel managers, in-house counsel, HR leads, internal auditors, and senior managers at any EU organisation with 50+ workers covered by the Directive.

- Conduct a Directive-compliant investigation and document evidence
- Recognise and prevent retaliation under Article 19
- Engage with a BfJ-equivalent national authority during hearing
