Overview

A 6-module decision-based scenario course following a single in-house counsel / DPO across a year of GDPR exposure: an Article 15 SAR including audio recordings, a 72-hour breach notification, RoPA hygiene, an international transfer dilemma, a consent trap, and a supervisory authority hearing. Approximately 165 minutes total. Course delivered in English; covers the EU GDPR (Regulation (EU) 2016/679).

Target Audience:

DPOs, in-house counsel, privacy managers, customer service leads, HR teams handling SARs, and security leads at any organisation processing personal data of EU residents

  • Fulfil an Article 15 subject access request (including audio recordings) within statutory windows
  • File a 72-hour breach notification meeting Article 33 standards
  • Maintain an Article 30 record of processing activities
  • Navigate Chapter V international transfer obligations post-Schrems II
  • Recognise consent traps and apply the Article 7 conditions
  • Engage with a supervisory authority during examination
