Course Overview

Research shows that mindfulness makes a difference in the workplace. It can ease stress, help you enjoy your work, and even make you more productive.

This course explains what mindfulness is, and how it works. It finishes with a short guided meditation, putting mindfulness into practice. Once you’ve taken the course, you’ll be able to use this meditation any time you need a bit of mental space.
