Course Overview

This module will cover the differences between micromanagement and macromanagement, the impact of each on individuals and performance in the workplace and how you can recognise these behaviours and adopt more effective strategies. Managers will then be better able to assess and recognise their own behaviour and improve it, benefitting the individuals under their care and the organisation overall.
