A crisis can strike an organisation unexpectedly. This course focuses on five areas to help prepare for and navigate a crisis that may arise. The five areas covered in this course include: Crisis Management Principles, a Crisis Communication Plan, Forming a Crisis Communications Team, Giving a Public Response and Closing a Crisis. There are workbooks, an action plan and a quiz included.
