Course Overview

Teamwork can make or break productivity. When colleagues work well together, the work gets done a lot more smoothly, increasing the quantity and quality of their output.

Poor teamwork, on the other hand, is often a huge drain on resources. When colleagues don’t work well together it doesn’t just lead to people feeling frustrated. It means that time and energy are wasted that could be much more productively used.

Every member of a team is equally responsible for working effectively. In this course, we look at the key things colleagues can do to help their team get in sync.

Firstly, we look at taking responsibility for your contribution to the team. Then we look at how you can offer your colleagues the support they need.

Then we look at how to get to know other members of the team so that you can improve how you work with them. Finally, we look at the importance of listening and being open to other people’s ideas.

This microlearning course is an animated video, with audio narration and a multiple-choice post-assessment.
