Overview

Welcome to Audio Learning from Assemble You.

Are you tired of your to-do lists? They can be super helpful memory aids but, when written haphazardly, are more of a hindrance than a help. A well-organised to-do list means the tasks with the highest impact get done first. Nothing gets missed, and you end the day with a warm feeling of accomplishment.

In this lesson, we outline what a good to-do list task looks like and how to prioritise and separate your tasks and projects. We define a ‘task’ and how it differs from an outcome or goal. We look at planning your to-do list and which tools to use for peak efficiency.

Learning Objectives

  • Examine how to manage your time more effectively by using to-do lists correctly.
  • Discover the difference between a goal and a task.
  • Establish how to accomplish more in less time.
