Electrical Hazards & Protection eLearning Course
Overview
Electricity can burn, shock, and kill, but most electrical injuries are preventable when you understand the hazards and the controls designed to protect you. The Electrical Hazards & Protection course covers the six BE SAFE electrical hazard types, how electricity injures the body, and the protective systems like GFCIs and AEGCPs that reduce risk on the job. You'll also learn the Stop–Report–Stay Clear framework and emergency response basics so you know how to act when something goes wrong. An interactive simulation is available for desktop, mobile, and VR headsets. Drawn from OSHA Standard: 1910.303–.305, 1910.333–.335, 1926.404–.405, .416 - .417, NFPA 70E (2024), and industry best practices.
