A 5-module flagship single-story course following a Sheffield landlord case from Section 8 instruction through Awaab’s Law statutory windows, audio evidence chronology, fog of-war caseload triage, and tribunal ruling. Target Audience:

Housing officers, environmental health teams, council enforcement officers, in-house housing counsel, tenant-advocacy advisers, and private-rented-sector operators within RRA 2025 scope.

Learning Objectives:

• Select the correct Section 8 ground (mandatory or discretionary) with cited evidence
• Compose a tribunal-admissible Section 8 notice meeting all statutory requirements
• Map dated events to Awaab’s Law statutory windows (14wd / 7wd / 42wd / breach)
• Order audio evidence chronologically with critical-clip identification
• Triage council intake voicemails with appropriate classification
• Conduct an enforcement interview with appropriate timing and tone
• Compose tribunal operative paragraphs across ground / Awaab / RRO / banning / costs
