Overview

Slips, trips, and falls are a leading cause of serious workplace injuries, but most are preventable. This course teaches you how to recognize common hazards on walking-working surfaces like floors, stairs, ladders, and platforms, and covers the specific controls for each to eliminate risks before they lead to incidents. You'll also learn proper equipment use, good housekeeping practices, and when to report or stop work to keep yourself and your coworkers safe. An interactive simulation is available for desktop, mobile, and VR headsets. Drawn from OSHA Standard: 1910.22, - .30, 1926.20, .21, .25, .26, .28, .451, .502, .503, Subpart L, M, and X, and industry best practices.
